We want you to be completely mesmerized by your MOVA Globe, but if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original condition. Our goal is to ensure your home decor experience is seamless and stress-free from purchase to delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Globe
Carefully repack your MOVA Globe in its original protective foam and manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned item for functionality and condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
